YUKU & Friends Vol. 1 · Harmonika (Kyoto)
From 18 to 22 November we welcome Yutaka-san, founder of Harmonika in Kyoto, with a five-course dessert omakase.
We are happy to introduce YUKU & Friends, a series of gatherings in which we invite chef friends and artisans from around the world to share our counter.
To open the series, we welcome Yutaka-san from Kyoto, founder of Harmonika and a specialist in fine pâtisserie.
After our sushi service, Yutaka-san will take over the counter to present a five-course dessert omakase, created exclusively for the occasion. His approach brings together Western pâtisserie techniques and a deeply Japanese sensibility, working with Spanish autumn ingredients and products brought from Japan.
To accompany the experience, we will offer an optional pairing with selections we are bringing personally from Japan for this event.
